It's one thing to open a restaurant simply because you are an excellent chef, but to combine a fine dining experience with the personal touch as only Raz can do, tells the entire story. The man got where he is through hard work and will remain there because he truly cares. His work staff is trained to serve with a smile and to be efficient. The quality of his food is top notch bar none. I especially liked the Chicken Parmigiana and the fettuchine; it was cooked to perfection. But all his entres and appetizers are excellent. Tonight he featured live music ala piana and it added a special touch. I've know Raz since he opened in Antioch and he continues to be one of the best in Nashville. He has my highest praise and kudos. Try it once and you will return I assure you.
