I have not had one single reasonable customer service experience in this store. The final straw was last night when the express checkout cashier decided to help a guy who cut back in line instead of my daughter whom was next and had her things on the counter. This cashier (register #2 I believe) chose to help this guy by attempting to do A RETURN AND EXCHANGE at the EXPRESS CHECK OUT. This is to be done at the service desk! There was a long line of people... all were getting visibly irritated. She was having a lot of trouble so a supervisor came over. Instead of taking the customer to the service desk like she's SUPPOSED to, she continued the return/exchange at the express lane making everyone wait even longer. I've worked for Walmart many years in the past as a cashier and supervisor so I know, very well, what the procedures are. As usual... this store refuses to follow them. Besides this, employees are too busy socializing and playing games in the store aisle than to help customers. Making shopping experiences miserable. And never mind the fact that they NEVER seem to have many items I need... You're better off shopping somewhere else. Pros: location Cons: everything else more
