If you value the privacy of your credit card number, DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS RESTAURANT! It is their practice to write your credit card number and expiration date on the slip on which they write your order when you call. I found this out because THE DELIVERY DRIVER HAD THE ORDER SLIP and therefore, also had my credit card number! When I called the manager to tell him that this is a breech of privacy, he told me that his employees are all trustworthy and that, if I'm ""sad"" about this, I should next time tell the person who takes my order to immediately tear up the number after they enter into the machine.
I told him that this is unacceptable and that I will never order from this restaurant again, and that I will advise my friends of the same. He smugly told me that he did not care.
This is not my first run-in with the management of this restaurant. On the first occasion, I had called ahead and made a reservation for a book club group for lunch one Sunday. I informed the person who took my reservation that we would have 10 people, that it was a book club and that we would require several checks. When we arrived and were seated, we were told that they were only permitted to create 2 separate checks per table.
After this second non-consumer friendly policy, I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
