i have to agree with Big PoppaKoop. I brought a mover in for Spring servicing and was told ""a week to 10 days"". this past saturday, after 2 weeks, they hadn't even looked at it, and mumbled about how backed up they were. when you come in to buy new equipment, they love you. but for servicing, they really don't seem to care, since they know there aren't many places near-by, and once they have your mover, what are you going to do! Pros: Broad range of products Cons: Customer Service needs improvement more
