I have purchased several products from retailers that are manufactured by All Power under different names. When I called their tool free number for service they would never answer or if they did, would never call me back. I finally got a hold of a company that used to do their service, they were very helpful and they gave me an email address to contact them. AllPower has a good product but they have a very insufficient service department.
Pros: good product
Cons: very poor warranty and after warranty service
