We rented a storage unit at the North Illinois Street facility for many years. Initially, the service was great. It was impossible to see in our large unit without a light but for the first few years, if the light burned out, it was replaced. When Simply Self Storage took over, they refused to replace light bulbs, rendering the functionality of the unit next to impossible except for the first few feet off the hallway. We were told that if we didn't like it, we could move out. So we did.
