We needed a car service for a huge meeting that we were having in Nashville. I googled this company and took a chance based on their website. When I called to make my reservation and the operator was rude, that should have been my 1st clue that this was NOT the company I should use. I ended up making at least 7 reservations in which there were changes to many of them. When I needed to make a change I would call them hoping for assistance with no prevail. When I needed a reservation cancelled, they would take the reservation number, but a car would still show up. Also, when the cars did show up, they were never on time...at least 15 mins late EVERY TIME. Finally...the last reservation was scheduled and when they arrived (on time for the 1st time) the guest was not ready. They had to wait about 10 mins. When the guest was ready and loaded in the car, the driver informed them that it was be a 10.00 fee...WHAT???? Poor poor poor customer service. After being rude and late several times they have the audacity to charge US a fee. I will never use this company again and I'm going to be sure that I pass this along to every person I know that works for my company, at my church, in my neighborhood and any other person that I come in contact with.\r \r UPDATE: I called this morning to confirm my FINAL reservation with these folks and I was questioned on whether or not my guest would be ready! Finally they confirmed the reservation re-assuring me that they would be here on time. Approx 4 hours later...I received a cancellation email, so I called the office. A women answered and said ""the owner told me to cancel it and call you and let you know that we would not be servicing your company, I was told to cancel all future reservations"". I asked her if he was around for me to speak to him or if she had a explanation and she said no. Finally...after I had obviously upset her by asking questions...she said ""City Search"" and hung up in my face. If you're so concerned about what your customers think of you/write about you...you might want to start treating them with a litter more courtesy and respect.\r \r Also...""Mr Owner"", feel free to give me a call yourself, if you have such a problem with my complaints.
