Wow. I am used to being treated like I don't matter at other T-Mobile stores...but not this one!\r

I came here because I dropped my phone in the toilet (oops!) and it stopped working. I explained I wanted a similar phone...no more bells and whistles than I'd had.\r

The Sales Associate showed me a phone that was perfect (and was one of the less expensive phones). Before he rang it up, he actually called customer service to make sure it had everything I needed (like e-mail). All in all, the internet plan he got me on costs me $10 less a month, and I really feel like he listened to me. \r

Of course my phone has a rebate thing, and he actually FILLED THIS OUT for me, and made photocopies. So, all I have to do is send it. \r

Before I left the store, he took the time to help me set up my phone. This has been a truly amazing experience for a T-mobile store.
