We live in LaGrange, and hired Dan and his crew to landscape our back yard and side yard. While Dan's work was well done, it took MUCH longer than it was supposed to. To make up for the fact that his work was so late, we were promised a cherry tree. They finally delivered it and it died the same year. He promised to replace it and never did despite 20 PHONE CALLS to ask him where it was. We were very pleasant to him. Even during the entire project he would take a week or two to return a single phone call, and when he would return it, there was no acknowledgment that he hadn't bothered to call us back. It was a very disappointing end to what could have been a good relationship.
So, in a nutshell, good work, but don't expect it to get done on time or for Dan to return any of your phone calls.

Cons: Never calls you back, doesn't follow through
