I had my Shadow worked on there. After a whole month, and a thousand dollars, they didnt do the things that I asked them to do. I even supplied the part to be replaced and they lost it. They installed a jet kit and didnt do it correctly...it backfires horribly now. They were supposed to replace brake pads...nope. A power port...nope. Install new tag lights...nope They replaced a brand new sealed battery with a cheap yusa for 81 bucks. Worst of all...they scratched the crapout of the paint.I'm disputing with the cc now. I wont ever deal with these people again.
