I've lived in Lompoc all my life and commute to Santa Maria for work. I've been to just about every coffee house in both towns and found that the quality of Coffee Time's espresso drinks is the best. I usually order a tall latte and when I want to skip lunch, a Mexican Mocha. You just have to try for yourself.
