We had a slam-dunk case, proof of my husband's ex-wife's cohabiting with her fiance for 18 months, with affidavits from neighbors, pictures, etc. She owed us about ten thousand dollars in back alimony that we continued to pay while she was cohabiting. We wanted it back and to stop paying her in the future. Mr. Spencer made us believe this was very possible to win. He botched the hearing, sounding like he wasn't even sure which case he was representing and when our case ended up in mediation HE DIDN'T EVEN SHOW UP. We got screwed, got no money back and are STILL paying alimony. Like most attorneys, he just wanted our money. He really could care less about helping you, even when you have a slam-dunk case. What a piece of crap!!!
