I will never go back to this office again! the service sucks! and the office manager and staff are horrible and not helpful. They messed up my glasses order 3 times and never feel like they are sorry about it. Actually, the office cheats on the glasses, you have to be careful on what you get compared to what you paid for. Also, when the glasses are ready, they don't help you adjust your nosepad, etc. which normally offered by other offices. The office manager is rude and I heard she said loudly we got to get them (customers) out of here when time was close to the end of day! If you don't want to see any poker faces, don't go! If you don't want to be cheated, don't go!
Cons: Bad service, no value to customer, only want money
