We had several trees down after a storm this year. After getting quotes from 4 different companies we decided to go with SavATree because they seemed professional and, while not the least expensive option, the best value.
However, after we signed the contract and gave our deposit we heard nothing. We called on a Monday and were told that on that Thursday they would call us to confirm the date on which they'd do the work.
... They never called. We emailed them and they said they would tell us the next Thursday.
The next Thursday came and still no world.
I'm sure in the end they will come and do a great job, but until then, we wait, wondering how much interest they will be earning our $4,000 deposit before they proactively communicate with us.
