I had my car serviced at this TERRIBLE place due to an unfortunate referral of a friend. First, I called them and spoke with LEE, one of the owners, and she was very courteous on the phone! She gave me an estimated quote and told me that they could take care of my car in 2 hours. They also told me that they would exactly comply with the manufacturer's recommendations listed on the owner's manual. I dropped the car off and returned after almost 2 hours and a half, and waited another half an hour. The result: COMPLETE DISSATISFACTION AND FRUSTRATION!!! They spent three hours changing the oil, and fixing a tire despite my instructions, as I had tire protection. Then they RECOMMENDED that I change two filters that they were supposed to change, and the quote they had given me included those filters! And worse, they charged me $197 for this BS!!! And guess what? More than $100 was for their labor! I have never seen such indecent and bad business. I would never go there again! And I will tell all my Boulder City friends about these SPECIALISTS so that everyone knows about the way their business works.
1) Never leave you car unattended.
2) make sure that they stick with the game plan; not stick a huge bill to you!
I still had to go to the dealership after this horrible experience and ended up paying more to complete the service. I feel like and idiot! So, please go to Sears or Good Year or wherever, BUT this terrible place.
