I leased a new car three years ago and after the deal was done, they don't have time for you. They assume I will lease another car with them, but I have been waiting for weeks for information on options. Every time I email questions, they respond without the answers. Same with phone calls. I am now working with other dealerships as I have found Ganley Westside to be difficult to deal with. I have contacted more than one person in the sales department to help with my account and re-leasing a vehicle, and have gotten nowhere over the last three weeks. This dealership isn't worth the time, and I should have listened to the people who told me that when I first went there three years ago for my lease. Also, they don't honor their agreement to provide you with a loaner during maintenance, and since I don't live near the dealership, this was especially frustrating and made maintenance tedious and difficult. I also had a bad experience with Matt, and immediately asked to be switched to another salesperson. Not that this one is any better...
