I never saw my own waitress when I needed her. I saw the two lounge waitresses. They brought my food, even got my drink refills. The first time I went there, my turkey burger was undercooked. The second time, my entree had very obviously been microwaved; the vegetables were hot on the inside, but not the outside, and what only can be described as chicken flavored rubber was scattered throughout a bowl of sauce with some noodles floating lazily in it. I was going to purchase much more; this was supposed to be a family evening out. But, since I never saw my waitress again (maybe she assumed I was too poor to order more by the fact that my three year old had dressed herself that morning), my beer and desserts just never got ordered. I've had a few good experiences here with a large organized group (clubs or organizations), but with an individual party, I have never been satisfied with this restaurant.
Pros: Guinness on tap, If you come in a large group they're good
