I am not sure what the previous reviewer was complaining about. It is customary for small boutiques to offer store credit for merchandise returned. I purchased $500 of clothing which I mailed to my cousin. Unfortunately, it did not fit properly and upon return was immediatley credited for store merchandise,,,no questions asked. The store has so many unique things which you cannot find at any of the major department stores that it was no problem chosing something else. It was a very pleasent experience and we will be returning customers.
