BAD COMMUNICATION, WORSE SERVICE. AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT AT ALL COSTS! Horrible experience. Took over six weeks to complete a simple mower repair they claimed would be done in under a week. Calling in, I got various excuses over and over, from ""The mechanic was out of town"" to ""your part is not in yet."" Every time they promised it ""would be done in couple days,"" but this went on forever, while I was stuck borrowing my neighbors beat-up old mower. They also charged me over 25% of the mower's value for the repair. This place is a nightmare, hard to believe the positive reviews. Go somewhere else and save yourself the bad experience, please.
