This store is always pretty empty, and I brought in a fedex groud package on a sat. They don't pick up until Mon. afternoon, so I knew my package was still in the store. I misplaced the tracking # and called Mon. morning to see if they could locate it for me. I knew they couldn't have had hundreds of fed ex ground packages come through between Sat and Mon morning, so it wouldn't have been hard to look for my package. The gentleman on the phone refused, told me I could come look for it myself (I was calling from 50 miles away) and got angry at me for even making the request.
