Firstly - Sit at the Sushi Bar
Secondly - Try to get close to the left wall - it's the best seat in the house
Order the chef special sushi/ sashimi (I get sashimi) - Ken will put together his freshest assortment of fish. The chu-toro is always delicious and the amaebi is fresh - and they'll fry the head for you (if you are brave enough to eat it :))
Great Great Sushi
Pros: Excellent Excellent Sushi
Cons: The seat by the wall by Ken isn't always available :)
