Lu offers a large inventory of formal dresses. That is the only positive thing going for this store! The customer service is extremely poor & her nonchalant attitude to the customer is why most who do business there are ""one & done.""
I will never purchase or use alteration services from her again.
Beware.....If you decide to purchase a dress from her that requires alterations, you better give her a date at least 2 weeks before the actual date you need the dress.
