I have some trouble with my water filteration system, and tried to call them twice to get some service on the rental item. I let the phone ring for 10 minutes in the morning, and about the same time in the afternoon. Finally I searched the Internet for another number and spoke to a person - - - who explained that he was just speaking to the people in the office I had hung up with... wierd things happen. Seems like a lot of work for a customer to get a hold of someone.
