I have had a propane tank from Burkardt's Lp Gas for about two years now (I purchased a trailer house in a campground a few years ago). When I did, I got in touch with Burkardt's to ensure continued service. Since I did not use the trailer on a constant basis (summers only), I wanted them to be aware of it. We worked out a pretty good deal - I put my annual rental down on my bank account for automatic renewal, and all bills would go to my caretaker (I'm military so I have a local caretaker watch the place when I'm away).
