I paid for all my visits, one with cash. I didn't get a receipt and now after months they are billing me. I paid for all the so called services I received from them. Since I do not have a receipt, I will have to pay again. I will never do business with them again. Do yourself a favor, go to a different optician with a good bookkeeper and staff.
