A month ago I needed service on my Mitsubishi WD-73837. I called George Meyer TV and spoke to Morris. It was almost like speaking with a very good friend right away!!!! He put me at ease and assured me that all will be taken care of. Sure enough, he was correct. I will never go anywhere else when I have a problem with any of my Audio/Video components. I was very pleased with Morris and all his staff... That being said, very recently I have a new problem with one of my Sony DVD players. It seems as though there is a problem with this particular player and the Mitsubishi, even though my other DVD player is working fine via the TV, this one in question is not. I spoke with Joe and Rene (The tech guys at the shop) as well as Morris. Morris was very very very kind and 'felt my pain' so he had a team of techs come to my house to see for themselves what the problem is. It has been determined that Mitsubishi may have a solution but will find out for sure in a couple days. Either case, I am so happy that Morris took very good care of me..... Thank you Morris and Joe and all the staff !!!! I have since the first repair of my Mitsubishi told many friends about this great company.....
