I have been a renter with Cavalier for about 16 years and really admire the professionalism of the entire staff -- particularly the maintenance staff, which is what most of my dealing have been with. On n umerous occasions I have called with a problem in the morning and by the end of the day the problem is corrected. As a longtime resident of Ghent I know many people who have hated their landlords or management companies because they are inattentive to their concerns. Living in a Cavalier property is really a pleasure because of the way they deal with maintenance issues. And I know plenty of other residents who feel the same way. In addition, I believe the rents Cavalier charges are very fair -- especially because of the service we get.
Pros: Call them in the morning and it's fixed by end of day
