They are under new management and they are terrible. I brought my 14-year-old daughter in for a birthday manicure and her gift certificate was 2 DAYS past the expiration date (I did not even know they had that policy), and they refused to honor it. $25 down the drain, they were really rude and could not care less. Nice birthday, thanks a lot. We will never be back. I wish I could give them ZERO STARS.
