Last yr I stopped by 3 different times to shop for a Toro mower. Every single time no one helped me or asked if I needed help. Two of those times I was the only person in the store and there were 2 clerks behind the counter. I finally had to chase one of them down and when I asked questions about specific mowers I got one or two word answers. I went there to compare the different models so I could intelligently choose. This dealer is useless and because they ignored me, I purchased a new mower online with free shipping. Pros: new store Cons: so so customer service more
