Mizu Fusion ? Sushi & Thai is a relative newcomer to the Rockford area. Having already dined at (and highly enjoyed) JMK Nippon and Spider Sushi, we decided to try Mizu Fusion. (We had already tried and dismissed Shogun as being too Americanized and commercial.) We are big fans of sushi and have made it a point to try every sushi restaurant.
