I visited this store twice in the last three days, and both times had to wait FOREVER for assistance from the staff. Today, I walked in with a return -- there were 5 people working, and one other customer in the store. Why, then, was I not even acknowledged by the staff until after I had stood at the counter for over 10 minutes??? (when 4 of the employees were standing behind the counter!!!)
Pros: clothing is well organized
Cons: HORRIBLE customer service
