Located in the Country Village shopping center off of the Bothell-Everett Highway, Keepsake Cottage Fabrics is a huge, welcoming surprise in a small package, flooding with fabric panels, books, equipment and end-of-roll clearance.
It's a bit cramped when there are more than 10 people in the store, but it's definitely worth the hassle.
Filled with colorful floral prints from retro to modern styles, plaids, soft neutral colors and Asian prints will complete any project whether it be a pillow case, quilt or piece of clothing.
Being a mom-n-pop shop, I would be surprised if there are many sales, however there are baskets set around the store, brimming with small and large end-of-roll fabrics priced from $3 to $20. They don't have the huge selection as say, JoAnn Fabrics, however the selection they do have trumps anything found at at corporate level.
