Walked into the Backstage Bistro and was welcomed by a friendly host that immediately showed my guests and I to our table. We were then approached by our server who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable on the food and wine menu. I was surprised with the wine menu, being an advocate wine taster I noticed that on their wine list they had really great half bottles as well as single serve bottles for a very modest price. I was also able to have a mini flight of some of my favorite wines for a reasonable price.
