This is a fabulous program and the Tuesday Thursday 6pm instructor Sharon Jensen is the best teacher in the business. She has been doing it over 20 years and is excellent. She really motivates you to work hard and explains what muscles you will be working for the different sets of exercises. She is outgoing, friendly, thorough and very knowledgable about always detailing out the benefits of each exercise. She is gentle but firm with her method of instruction. I have increased strength and flexibility and feel awesome after a great workout. This class has become an important part of my life and I couldn't do without it.
Pros: Increased energy, stronger arms, awesome aerobic exercise
