I have never written a negative review for a company because my anger usually dissipates before I make the commitment to spend the time it takes to write. Dance4Less changed that. I order two pairs of black tap shoes in January. In February, I received two pairs of tan shoes. Repeated emails to the company received no response. When I finally spoke with Customer Service several weeks later, I was informed that I was to send the shoes back at my expense and would then be reimbursed. Only then would the correct shoes be sent. I sent the shoes and received no replacements. I wrote, I called, and I was told the shoes had not been received. I wrote again, I called again, and I waited again until someone agreed to send the shoes. Today I called to ask when to expect my reimbursement for their mistake. The woman I spoke with said they could only reimburse me for about half of what I spent to ship the shoes?through the USPS as instructed. When I questioned why I had to pay for their mistake, she handed me to a man who gruffly questioned my integrity in claiming that I had to spend more than $5 to send the shoes back when THEY sent shoes all over the country for that amount. Whoever operates this company has absolutely no sense of how to run an honest business. Please do not support Dance4Less. Their prices may be low, but their integrity is even lower.
