I'm writing this to explain to families why I do no reccomend Francisco Funeral Home. They handled arrangements for my late father and I am gratutious even though he did not look himself but I overheard the staff in the office joking about my fathers condition and as sick as it my sound his genital area. Hearing this I lost control and confronted the man, his name was Richard, and after overcoming the smell of body odor I gave him a screaming at. His only words to me were I'm sorry. He did not seem genuine and all I heard them do was dirty talk after that about that girl and around the neighborhood, I have lived inj ozone park my entire and have never been more disrespected than that day of my fathers funeral. Sorry richard francisco I will take my matters somewhere else where I will be appreciated. Good day.
