I have been loyal customer of Direct Expess for over 6 years now and have been using their service offering the most economical airfares. Recently, I booked Magical Europe 11 days cost saver tour with SOTC through Direct Express. Per SOTC policy, I was required to pay a non-refundable booking fee of $400 per person and the remaining amount was due 30 days prior to commencement of the tour. Direct Express protected me from the loss that could incur in case of visa denial. I paid only $200 for initial booking of the Europe tour for me and my wife. Further, my Schengen visa processing was delayed and Direct Express shielded me from SOTC policies by agreeing to take the remaining payment up to 3 days prior to tour departure. I can not appreciate more the customer service I have received from this tours and travel company. The company has earned another lifelong loyal customer! Pros: Great customer service more
