I've been a customer for only a year and a half and never had a problem with the company until now all of a sudden. Last week my trash was not picked up and because there were only 3 small bags in it I didn't worry about it. Today they were supposed to pick up and have not been out as of yet. My can has been out at the curb since 7:30am and I work from home and haven't been anywhere. My neighbors' ( who is also a customer) can is still full as well. I contacted their customer service to ask if they are coming out today and the rude girl just kept repeating ""they have until 6 to come out"". I was never rude to her at any moment. It is now 4 (they usually come in the am before 10) and I will wait patiently and ""pray"" that they come out because my can is full and stinks and they have been PAID IN FULL.
Cons: not getting what I paid for
