Scott built our home in Fishers many years ago... but we never had a 90 days or 6 months or 9 months or even a 1 year walkthrough.. ever!! We still made lists of things that needed to be fixed in the house, starting from the very first day, sent 100s of emails to him and his business partner, and his contractor, but nothing ever happened. After constant phone calls, he does end up sending people to look at the problem, but never fixes anything. It just postpones to the next series of emails and phone calls we make.
It's been veryyyyy frustrating to deal with him.
I know for sure that forget about building again with him in the future, I won't let any of my friends ever built with him either.
Really disappointed!!!
