THEY GAVE MY APPOINTMENT AWAY WHILE I WAS IN THEIR STORE WAITING TO BE SERVED.
I got there early and had to wait an hour to be served. I've had to wait too long every time. But this time I caught them at what I believe is their standard practice.
After filling out their paperwork I noticed a man being led in at the time of my appointment. I met him later and found out he had just come in to make an appointment for the next day. He was told they could take him right away. They even served yet another person before finally getting to me. I don't know if they had an appointment or not.
So me, in the store early and with an appointment, had to wait for someone who just walked in and planned to come back the next day.
And yet another customer too !
Talking to management did nothing to make me feel that my experience is anything unusual. Except for the part about finding out why it happened.
Chances are you'll get in quicker without an appointment.
Pros: Did get glasses. Acted courteous
Cons: Cost me an hour by giving away my appointment
