Watch out for these guys and their rip off policies. What a lousy department of bookeeping and terrible customer service they have. I specified clearly that my credit card could not be charged for my monthly fees. My contract reflects that I did not sign any permission for this or fill out any information. I have paid monthly with online bill pay from my bank. The bank issues the check on the 2nd of the month. Baileys did not cash it until the 12th ! I was charged a late fee as the payment was due on the 6th. Additionally they charged a fee for a ""declined credit card"" when to my knowledge they should not even have my credit card information much less would it have been declined if they did have it. I made several phone calls to straighten this out and they simply said ""too bad"" ...even though they had cashed the checks! Any reasonable company would have removed the late charges as well as the declined credit card fees after a review of the situation. No wonder they have a declining membership!
