I've probably tried most of the pizza places in Boulder over the years, and keep coming back to Pizza Colore. It's the best in Boulder in my opinion. The crust is thin and slightly crispy, and the toppings are plentiful. There are a lot of unusual ingredients available, but we usually stick to the standard peperoni, sausage, etc. The prices are reasonable too, compared to some of the other pizza places in town. They also sell pizza by the slice. For a great lunch on a sunny day, try the two slice special and sit at the outdoor tables on the mall.
