I wanted to let you know Ted did a wonderful job taking this customer on and following their strict procedures. Ted and I had about a 15 minute conversation before he started the first of nine locations regarding procedure, paper work, and expectations. I didn?t hear from Ted for the rest of the week, and although I was worried about the paperwork, it came in perfectly. I heard zero complaints from the customer; however, unfortunately, I did receive a few minor complaints regarding the group that did the Washington region.
