He walked around my house and I told him what to do. It was a free bid. He told me what it would cost and why. He ven did the peak, no one else would do. They are definitely highly experienced. They did better work than I expected. I even brought him pink lemonade and cookies.
Pros: Quality, quick, friendly, cheaper than most.
Cons: None that come to mind.
