We have been using Alper Automotive for the last ten years. I can call Steve on the phone and describe my problem and he will actually be about 95% sure of the problem. Then, when I bring in the car, the problem is exactly what he said. It's amazing. I don't know that much about cars, but I will tell him what I think is wrong and he will tell me how close I am. Also, they are very good about getting things done in a timely fashion. They get us in and out as quickly as possible.
