Lazzini's Auto Body has done great work for me, on business and personal jobs. I first used Ken professionally for paint matching, and he did such a good job that I started to take my cars to his shop as well. I have since recommended him to my family, friends and co-workers.
Lazzini's really provides a great customer experience. Ken is responsive and listens to my needs and then really takes care of the situation. He has always taken great care of all my cars, including a pick-up truck and then a cargo van that I wanted fixed up. I know he could have charged me a much higher price, but he is more interested in giving his customers a great experience. Ken is incredibly honest.
I have had a lot of body repair experiences, trying about 15 different shops in the area, and all them had been negative until I went to Lazzini's Auto Body. He really goes the extra mile and does not compromise on the quality of work in order to save himself a buck while charging me the same price. In fact, when Ken is done with a car it is so nice that it is almost a too nice to drive. I'm pretty particular and detail oriented when it comes to work, but he always meets and exceeds my expectations.
I will continue to recommend him to anyone.
