We love our cabinents from Andy; he does amazing work and is an extremely nice person - but it took a lot of prodding and nudging to get him to focus on our project. I only gave him 3 stars because he lacks organization and it incredibly hard to get in touch with. Phone calls to us and or builder were rarely returned; he doesn't use email so submitting drawings via pdf file was impossible; and he was incredibly inflexible in making appointments on weekends or evenings, when most homewowners are available. Further, some of the details of our drawings were ignored and he opted to make changes without consulting us - this was irritating. Lastly, maybe this is typical of the industry, he would say his installer was coming and they'd never show up. No phone call; no email. We lose out on work for the day and no explanation. Our finished products are beautiful and price was very fair, but the lack of organization is enough for me to say check elsewhere.
Pros: Absolutely gorgeous cabinents....
Cons: Needs an office manager to keep him focused.
