I phone-interviewed three movers for my mum's move from a single-family house to a one-bedroom apartment. Though not very different in price, Dave @ Roadrunner spent time with me on the phone to explain the process, answer all of my questions and reassure me that they would make the move painless. Whenever I phoned or emailed him with questions, he responded promptly and courteously.
Paulo and his team did a fabulous job. They arrived at the appointed time, packed my mum's fragile things, took apart her bed, wrapped her furniture with great care and transported them to her apartment and set everything up. They even took some things out to curbside for rubbish collection. They were sensitive to the fact that this was a traumatic move for my mum who had lived in her house for 60+ years. Couldn't have been nicer!
I will definitely be recommending Roadrunner to my friends!
