After being sold on their inclusive process of securing a settlement, I signed up with Claimstar . Six months later and several calls later on my part just to find out what was going on I realized that I signed up with an unprofessional disinterested company that may have jeopardized any claim I may have had with my insurance co. If Claimstars secures a settlement for you you probably didn't need them to begin with. This is my opinion based on my experience with Claimstar.
