No one wants to go to the cell phone store - usually you get bad news or people who aren't willing to listen to you or help you. But not so at the Verizon Wireless Store on RT 123. Between me and my family, we've had enough phones break or be problematic, but every time we go we get super helpful technicians (who know what they are talking about!), and people falling over backwards to help!
A word of caution: the lines get long, so go during the workday if you can. Also, have cell phone insurance really helps, it might be worth the $5/month!
Pros: All of the workers are nice and try to help!
Cons: Sometimes the wait can be 1hr+
